Startup (1994-1999)

    Shanghai Hi-tech Control System Co., Ltd., which is the predecessor of Shanghai Hi-tech Control System Co., Ltd. (HITE), was officially established in Pudong New Area on 15^th March, 1994. The company was awarded “Shanghai Hi-tech Enterprise” in 1995 and set up branches in Hangzhou and Nanjing in the year of 1996. Following the “technology innovation, good faith management” enterprise approach, HITE, taking the market as the guide and grasping the development opportunity provided by macro-economic situation and industrial policy, has established strategic cooperative partnerships with several internationally renowned automation equipment suppliers. The company first was engaged in distribution of industrial automation products and then transferred to industrial automation system integration domain, especially in the industry of domestic power, municipal transportation and machinery manufacturing. With the core technical advantage obtaining from market competition, HITE has established a good credit and reputation, which has completed a series of key projects, such as bridge electronic control system in left-bank main factory building of Three Gorges Project, central air-conditioning variable frequency system in the Ⅱ area basement of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, nuclear fuel handling device in Phase Two Project of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and so on.

Develop (2000-2007)

    In the year of 2000, HITE was overall restructured to a stock limited company with approval of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. Taking this as an opportunity, HITE made new company’s development strategies and started a new business journey. As one of the most competitive local enterprises in the area of industrial automation, HITE is dedicated to improving the ability of forming complete automation system solutions, in order to provide customers with highly cost-effective technology application solutions and products. HITE insists on tracing the updated technic development of international automation control, focuses on innovation, combines industrial automation with IT，and obtains many invention patents and technological achievements. HITE was identified as Shanghai Enterprise Technological Center in 2006 and during the same year the company was reorganized according to two main business domains of power electronics and industry informatization, and four main business segments. It enhanced the establishment and operation of matrix management model within the framework of group company structure. In November, 2007, HITE is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002184).Since then, HITE has relied on capital market and has focused on key and advantage industries to provide more complete industry automation solutions for customers. Listing in domestic A-share market successfully milestones that the development of HITE has turned to a brand new stage.

Remake brilliance (2008-)

    Cooperating with France SONEPAR Group, global leading and biggest professional electrical distribution company in Europe, HITE has established a joint venture---Hi-tech Electrical Science & Technology Co., Ltd., which greatly enhancedthe company’s ability of obtaining product resources, supply chain management and internationalization. In 2009, HITE established headquarter and R&D center in Pujiang, Shanghai, and industrialization base in Tongxiang. HITE integrated platforms of operation management, R&D and manufacturing, invested heavily to establish two R&D platforms of power electronics and industry informatization. Meanwhile, HITE continuously increase R&D investment and strength, and accumulate application experience from current industries. Based on industrial customers’ demands, HITE insists on independent R&D and continuing innovation. Moreover HITE has an experienced specialist team for products development that has launched following products and systems since 2007: WINGREEN series of 0.75MG-2.5MG full-power & double-fed turbine converters for wind power, HDM series of energy feedback energy saving devices, intellectual auto-controlled hoisting devices, e-RTG diesel power changed to electric power systems, e-RTG power feedback energy saving system, NetSCADA & MES software, touch-tablet IPC, e-Control series of PLC, Hi-SCOM series of industrial Ethernet switches and H&iSERVER FT servers etc. Most of these patent devices systemically provide solutions facing to industry applications of industrial automation, informatization key technology and products. With many PCT international patents, national inventin patents, utility model patents and copyrights, HITE has filled in gaps of controlling products in China as well. HITE has also formed perfect systems from intellectual property declaration, examination and verification, administration to appliance of achievement transformation, which provides basic guarantee for future business development. HITE will continue following “Cooperating and Focusing” strategy, insist on hi-technology and industrialization, and build the core competitiveness based on its own technology and self-developed products. HITE will meet new opportunities and challenges to pursue another leapfrog development.
